b. Authors
Subscribers who complete KYC verification and a full profile become Authors. Authors can:
- Post unlimited content.
- Get sponsorships displayed above or below their posts.
- Earn points and visibility based on engagement.
c. Vendors
Verified Vendors can:
- Submit their T-shirt, hoodie, or merchandise designs via WhatsApp for qualification.
- Earn between ₹60 and ₹150 per print depending on the design rating.
- Host their own branded store with a dedicated dashboard to monitor sales and earnings.
- All printing and delivery are handled via our official partner Qikink.
d. Amazon Sellers
Sellers who list their Amazon products on Janswaraaj.com through affiliate marketing agree that:
- Any affiliate income earned from those products will be used to maintain the Janswaraaj portal and associated operational costs.
- Janswaraaj does not guarantee specific sales or commissions.
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate, complete, and updated information.
- Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Janswaraaj reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found violating community guidelines or engaging in fraudulent activity.
4. Content Ownership and Rights
- All content posted by users (text, images, videos, designs, etc.) must be original or properly licensed.
- By posting content, you grant Janswaraaj.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, promote, and distribute the content within the platform and for promotional purposes.
- You retain full ownership of your original work.
5. Vendor Payment Terms
- Payments to vendors are based on verified sales reports and Qikink’s fulfillment data.
- Earnings are processed monthly once the order is successfully delivered.
- Janswaraaj reserves the right to adjust or withhold payments in case of design plagiarism, copyright infringement, or policy violations.
6. Intellectual Property
All logos, graphics, interface designs, and platform code belong to Terabyte Studio Pvt. Ltd.
You may not copy, redistribute, or exploit any part of the site without written permission.
7. Hall of Fame
Users with the highest seasonal points enter the Hall of Fame, featured on a dedicated page and considered for podcast invitations or collaborations.
Selection is purely performance-based and may vary season to season.
8. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Post, share, or promote illegal, obscene, or plagiarized content.
- Engage in hate speech, harassment, or spam.
- Manipulate ratings, scores, or sponsorships.
- Violate copyright or trademark laws.
Any violation may lead to immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account.
9. Disclaimer
Janswaraaj.com is a community and creator platform — not a financial, political, or legal advisory service.
We do not guarantee income, followers, sponsorships, or viewership for any user.
10. Limitation of Liability
Terabyte Studio Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:
- Use or inability to use the platform,
- Content loss, unauthorized access, or
- Third-party interactions or purchases.

11. Termination
